The SneakerBranding Headquarters is nestled in The Netherlands, yet our team spans the globe, with employees working remotely from their homes or embracing the digital nomad lifestyle.
How long have you been active in the sneaker business?
We’ve been shaping the footwear scene for over 15 years, starting with our Dutch web shop, McDaddy, before branching out with our own brand, VanPalmen. The journey didn’t stop there. Responding to a growing market demand, we introduced SneakerBranding to specialize in custom sneakers and shoes.

Custom Sneakers
What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
We welcome orders starting from as few as 5 pairs, because our mission is to support businesses of every size. Whether you’re a local restaurant looking to upgrade the look of your team of 6, or a larger organization with extensive needs, we’re here and ready to assist!
What do those custom sneakers cost?
We understand that pricing is often one of the first details you’re eager to learn about. Unfortunately, giving a precise estimate upfront isn’t straightforward due to the numerous factors involved. These include the specific model you’re interested in, the manufacturing facility you prefer, the degree of customization you’re looking for, the materials you wish to use, and the total number of pairs you plan to order.
If you’re considering custom sneakers and curious about the cost, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to provide you with a detailed quotation as soon as possible.
To what extent can I customize the sneakers?
You have the freedom to customize nearly every aspect of your sneakers. From branding the upper, tongue, heel, insole, to the outsole, the possibilities are extensive. Whether you prefer to envelop the sneakers with your unique artwork, add an elegant touch with embroidered logos, or anything in between — from sleek and minimalist designs to bold, Louis Vuitton-inspired styles — everything is achievable. We encourage you to challenge our designers with your vision!
Our Company considers sustainability to be very important, are you the right partner for us?
Absolutely, sustainability is a cornerstone of our business. We proudly partner with a factory in Portugal renowned for producing exclusively vegan sneakers, a choice embraced by leading brands like Coco Rose London. Our commitment extends beyond the vegan aspect; we ensure our sneakers are comfortable and durable.
What sets us apart even further is our use of extraordinary materials like cactus, cork, and hemp. These choices not only contribute to a stunning aesthetic but also offer a compelling story for your customers, blending style with sustainability.
Can you send me a sample first?
We previously offered random samples, but have since discontinued this service for several reasons:
a) Environmental responsibility: We realized that sending samples across thousands of miles for a brief quality check contradicts our commitment to sustainability.
b) Economic factors: The return rate of these samples was low, leading to significant costs. Although we did charge for these samples, covering the full production costs would necessitate charging nearly as much as a prototype, which isn’t practical for either party.
This decision leads us to the following point: 👇
Can you create a prototype for me first?
Absolutely! If you wish to thoroughly examine your sneakers before committing to a larger order, we offer the option to create a prototype. The cost for a prototype is $250, with the added advantage that 50% of this fee will be credited back to you on your final invoice when you proceed with a bulk order of 20 pairs or more.
How long does production take?
Production typically spans 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the specifics of your order. After production, the shipping time to your address will also depend on your chosen method of transport as well as your location. Sea freight is more cost-effective but takes longer, about 5 weeks, especially for distant destinations. Air freight, though more expensive, offers a faster alternative, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 2 weeks, again varying by location.

Our MOQ is 100 pairs per size and/or model.
What sizes do you offer?
Many of our customers opt for the “One-Size-Fits-Most” option, also referred to as adult medium, when adding a logo to custom-branded or sports socks. This size accommodates approximately 90% of our clientele. However, we offer a comprehensive array of sizes for customization, ranging from baby to youth and from small to large. Our journey through the world of footwear has given us unparalleled insight. Do you have Custom Packaging too?
Absolutely! We offer a range of customizable sock packaging styles designed to enhance your branded socks and further showcase your logo and brand. Our specialized packaging not only enhances the appearance and feel of your branded socks but also ensures pairs stay together. Many of our clients have gotten inventive with their packaging, adding personalized holiday greetings, thank you notes, or QR codes that direct people to their websites!
What's the lead time for production?
Creating a sample will take approximately 1 week, while a bulk order can be completed in about 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping times may vary based on your location, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks.
What's the cost per pair?
Providing an accurate estimate without knowing your specific requirements can be challenging. The cost varies based on the materials you prefer, the quantity of pairs you’re ordering, your chosen packaging, and your branding preferences for the socks. Please don’t hesitate to leave a message below, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an estimate. 👍
Do you have different types of branding?
Absolutely, we specialize in various customization techniques to meet your specific needs. Our most popular method is jacquard weaving, which integrates your desired patterns and colors directly into the fabric. Additionally, we offer printing and embroidery options to perfectly align with your unique preferences.
Payment & Shipping
Do I have to pay in advance if I want to place an order?
The payment requirement depends on your order size. For orders exceeding €2,000 (or equivalent in dollars), we request a 50% down payment, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. For orders under this amount, full payment is required in advance.
What payment methods do you use?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can make payments through Wire Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, or Wise.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the end result?
Our sneakers are custom-designed to align with your specific requirements and your company’s identity. We provide a definitive design for your approval before proceeding with the final production.
Should you have any second thoughts about your selections after receiving your sneakers, we regret that returns cannot be accommodated due to the custom nature of our products. But to be honest: this never happens 🙂
However, in the event of any errors on our part or if the product is found to be defective, we are committed to rectifying the issue by replacing the faulty sneakers.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping duration for your sneakers varies based on the production location, your geographical location, and your preferred shipping method—sea freight being slower and more cost-effective, versus air freight which is faster but pricier. If you’re working against a specific deadline, please inform us in advance. We’ll ensure your products are delivered on time.
Do I have to pay import fees?
The necessity for paying import fees depends on your location as well as the origin of our production facilities in Europe and Asia. Since we ship globally, the specifics of import duties can vary widely. If you’re uncertain about whether you’ll need to pay import fees for your sneaker order, please reach out to us. We’re more than happy to investigate and provide you with the necessary information regarding any additional costs.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
The feasibility of splitting your order and shipping to multiple addresses depends on the specific scenario. If your employees are located at 3 or 4 central locations, we can certainly accommodate shipping to each address. However, distributing individual packages to the homes of 400 employees is not feasible for us, unfortunately.
This limitation is primarily due to customs clearance requirements. Each delivery necessitates a designated contact person to manage the clearance process. Based on our past experiences, which were less than optimal, we’ve concluded that shipping to individual addresses is not practical. We assure you, this decision is in the best interest of all parties involved and ultimately serves to streamline the process for you as well 🙂
